Michael Carraway has been working with businesses and individuals since 1995, advising large corporate groups, small start-ups, and everything in between. He has worked at the deepest levels of tax planning for partnerships and corporations, solving income tax puzzles, helping to structure transactions, and providing strategic advice to business owners and executives.

Jessica Cooley works closely with families, individuals, and business owners, and has been doing so for over 18 years. Specializing in the areas of succession and tax planning, spanning estate and gift tax consulting, trust administration and planning, and business solutions, Jessica works with clients to maximize the efficiency of multi-generational wealth transfers, business exits, and asset protection.
